红花黄色素对心血管疾病治疗作用机制研究
摘要
心血管疾病作为全球范围内主要的公共卫生挑战之一,其高发病率、高致残率及高死亡率对全球人口健康构成了严重威胁。随着人口老龄化进程的加速和不良生活方式的普及,心血管疾病的防治形势日益严峻。传统的心血管疾病治疗手段虽已取得一定成效,但药物副作用、治疗成本及患者生活质量等问题仍需解决。因此,探索安全、有效、经济的治疗策略成为心血管领域的研究热点。红花黄色素,作为一种从红花中提取的天然化合物,因其广泛的药理活性,如抗氧化、抗炎、抗凝及血管舒张等,在心血管疾病治疗中展现出巨大潜力。本研究聚焦于红花黄色素在心血管疾病治疗中的潜在作用机制,通过文献综述、实验验证及数据分析等方法,系统探讨了红花黄色素的抗氧化应激、抗炎、抗凝及血管舒张等药理作用,并深入分析了其通过调控信号传导通路、基因表达、RNA剪接及细胞因子等多方面机制对心血管系统的保护作用。研究发现,红花黄色素能够显著抑制氧化应激和炎症反应,调节凝血平衡,扩张血管,从而有效改善心血管功能。此外,红花黄色素还通过调控MAPK信号通路、PI3K/Akt信号转导途径等关键信号通路,以及影响心血管相关基因的表达和RNA剪接过程,进一步发挥其心血管保护作用。本研究为红花黄色素在心血管疾病治疗中的应用提供了理论支持,也为未来心血管药物的研发提供了新的思路。

Abstract
As one of the major public health challenges worldwide, its high morbidity, high disability rate, and high mortality rate pose a serious threat to the global population health. With the acceleration of the population aging process and the popularization of the bad lifestyle, the situation of the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases is becoming increasingly severe. Although the traditional treatment method of cardiovascular diseases has achieved some results, the problems such as drug side effects, treatment cost and the quality of life of patients still need to be solved. Therefore, exploring safe, effective, and economical treatment strategies has become a research hotspot in the cardiovascular field. Yellow pigment, as a natural compound extracted from safflower, shows great potential in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases due to its extensive pharmacological activities, such as anti-oxidation, anti-inflammatory, anticoagulation and vasodilatation. This study focuses on the potential mechanism of safflower xin in the treatment of cardiovascular disease, through the literature review, experimental validation and data analysis, system discusses the safflower pigment anti-oxidative stress, anti-inflammatory, anticoagulation and vasodilation, and through the regulation of signaling pathways, gene ex pression, RNA splicing and cytokines of the cardiovascular system. Studies have found that safflower in can significantly inhibit oxidative stress and inflammation, regulate coagulation balance, and dilate blood vessels, thus effectively improving cardiovascular function. Moreover, pigment further exerts its cardiovascular protective role by regulating MAPK signaling pathways such as PI3K / Akt signaling transduction pathway, as well as affecting the ex pression of cardiovascular-related genes and RNA splicing processes. This study provides theoretical support for the application of safflower xin in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases, and also provides new ideas for the future development of cardiovascular drugs.
