随着信息技术的飞速发展和消费者行为的深刻变化,传统零售模式正面临前所未有的挑战。新零售模式的兴起,以其线上线下融合、数据驱动、消费者体验为核心的特点,为零售企业带来了新的发展机遇。新零售理论强调利用大数据、云计算、人工智能等先进技术,优化供应链管理,提升消费者体验,推动零售业的转型升级。本研究旨在探讨新零售模式下零售企业转型升级的路径与挑战。首先,通过梳理新零售理论、零售企业转型升级理论及消费者行为理论,构建研究框架。随后,分析新零售模式对零售企业的作用,包括提升消费者体验、优化运营效率及促进企业创新等方面。进而,深入剖析零售企业在转型升级过程中面临的技术挑战(技术更新换代快、技术整合难度大)、市场挑战、组织挑战以及安全与隐私挑战。针对这些挑战,本研究提出新零售模式下零售企业转型升级的路径,包括技术升级路径(引入先进技术、构建智能系统)、市场创新路径、组织变革路径及安全与合规路径。通过本研究,旨在为零售企业在新零售时代下的转型升级提供理论支持与实践指导。

Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology and the profound change in consumer behavior, the traditional retail model is facing unprecedented challenges. The rise of the new retail model is centered on its online and offline integration, data-driven and consumer experience. The new retail theory emphasizes the use of big data, cloud computing, artificial intelligence and other advanced technologies to optimize supply chain management, improve consumer experience, and promote the transformation and upgrading of the retail industry. This study aims to explore the path and challenges of the transformation and upgrading of retail enterprises under the new retail model. First of all, the research fr amework is constructed by sorting out the new retail theory, retail enterprise transformation and upgrading theory, and consumer behavior theory. Subsequently, the role of the new retail model for retail enterprises is analyzed, including improving consumer experience, optimizing operational efficiency and promoting enterprise innovation. Furthermore, the technical challenges (fast technology upgrading, difficult technology integration), market challenges, organizational challenges and security and privacy challenges are deeply analyzed. In view of these challenges, this research puts forward the path of transformation and upgrading of retail enterprises under the new retail mode, including the path of technology upgrading (introduction of advanced technology, construction of intelligent system), market innovation path, the path of organizational change and safety and compliance path. Through this study, it aims to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the transformation and upgrading of retail enterprises in the new retail era.
