体育教师职业倦怠现象的原因及缓解策略
摘要
随着全球对青少年体质健康重视程度的不断提升,体育教育在学校教育体系中的地位日益凸显。体育教师作为体育教育的直接实施者,其工作状态和心理健康状况直接影响到学生的体育兴趣培养、运动技能掌握以及终身体育意识的形成。然而,当前体育教师群体普遍面临着工作压力大、职业认同感低、成就感缺失等问题,这些问题长期积累易导致职业倦怠现象的产生。职业倦怠不仅损害了体育教师的身心健康,还严重制约了体育教学质量的提升和体育教育事业的发展。因此,本研究旨在探讨体育教师职业倦怠现象的原因及其缓解策略。通过文献综述、问卷调查和深度访谈等方法,对体育教师职业倦怠的现状进行了全面调查,分析了导致职业倦怠的主要因素,包括工作压力过大、缺乏成就感与认同感、人际关系紧张与沟通障碍以及自我效能感低下等。针对这些问题,本研究提出了一系列缓解策略,包括优化课程安排与教学计划、建立合理的评价体系与激励机制、加强专业培训与继续教育、提高社会地位与经济待遇、改善人际关系与沟通技巧以及增强自我效能感等。这些策略旨在从多个层面入手,为体育教师创造一个更加健康、积极的工作环境,促进其职业发展,进而提升体育教学质量和效果。

Abstract
With the increasing importance of the physical health of teenagers, the role of physical education in the school education system has become increasingly prominent. As the direct implementer of physical education, physical education teachers 'working status and mental health status directly affect the cultivation of students' sports interest, the mastery of sports skills and the formation of lifelong sports consciousness. However, at present, PE teachers are generally faced with problems such as high work pressure, low professional identity and lack of sense of achievement. The long-term accumulation of these problems can easily lead to the phenomenon of job burnout. Job burnout not only damages the physical and mental health of PE teachers, but also seriously restricts the improvement of physical education quality and the development of physical education. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the causes of the phenomenon of PE teacher burnout and its mitigation strategies. Through literature review, questionnaire survey and in-depth interview, the current situation of job burnout among PE teachers was comprehensively investigated, and the main factors causing job burnout, including excessive job stress, lack of sense of achievement and identity, interpersonal tension and communication barriers, and low self-efficacy, were analyzed. In view of these problems, this study proposed a series of mitigation strategies, including optimizing the curriculum arrangement and teaching plan, establishing a reasonable evaluation system and incentive mechanism, strengthening professional training and continuing education, improving social status and economic treatment, improving interpersonal relationship and communication skills, and enhancing self-efficacy. These strategies aim to create a healthier and positive working environment for physical education teachers from multiple levels, promote their career development, and then improve the quality and effect of physical education teaching.
