Abstract

This paper aims to comprehensively discuss the status quo, challenges and countermeasures of government service innovation mode under the background of smart government affairs. With the continuous innovation of information technology, smart government affairs, as an important transformation direction of government service mode, is gradually changing the way of interaction between the government and the public. This paper first describes the background of the rise of smart government, and emphasizes its important role in improving government efficiency, optimizing public services, and enhancing social governance ability. Then, the paper deeply analyzes four core models of government service innovation under the background of smart government affairs: online service and one-stop management, simplifying and facilitating service process through digital platform; Personalized and precise services, using big data analysis to provide customized service experience for the public; Data sharing and cross-departmental collaboration to break down information silos and improve collaboration efficiency within and across the government; Intelligent decision-making and supervision, with the help of artificial intelligence and other technical means to enhance the scientific nature of government decision-making and the effectiveness of supervision. However, the development of smart government is not always smooth, and the paper also points out the multiple challenges it faces, including the risks of data security and privacy protection, the complexity of technological innovation and application, the barriers to information sharing and cross-departmental collaboration, and the differences in public awareness and acceptance. In response to these challenges, this paper puts forward a series of specific countermeasures, including establishing a sound data security management system, promoting the deep integration of technological innovation and application, strengthening the construction of information sharing platform, and enhancing the public's cognition and acceptance of smart government.
