摘要:本研究主要探讨了枯茗酸对西瓜枯萎病原菌的抑菌活性及其机理。首先,通过对国内外相关研究的回顾,了解了枯茗酸的化学结构和性质,以及西瓜枯萎病原菌的生物学特性和防治方法。然后,对枯茗酸的提取与纯化进行了详细的研究,并评价了其对西瓜枯萎病原菌的抑菌活性。此外,还对枯茗酸的抑菌机理进行了深入的研究。然而,研究发现枯茗酸对西瓜枯萎病原菌的抑菌活性研究中存在一些问题,如抑菌活性的测定方法不一致,抑菌机制尚不明确,缺乏大规模应用的研究等。因此,本文提出了优化提取方法,研究抑菌机制,开发新型应用技术等对策,以提高枯茗酸对西瓜枯萎病原菌的抑菌活性。

Abstract:The inhibitory activity and mechanism of cuminic acid against watermelon fusarium wilt were studied in this study. Firstly, the chemical structure and properties of cuminic acid as well as the biological characteristics and control methods of watermelon wilt pathogens were studied through the review of relevant researches at home and abroad. Then, the extraction and purification of cuminic acid were studied in detail, and its antibacterial activity against watermelon fusarium wilt was evaluated. In addition, the bacteriostatic mechanism of cuminic acid was further studied. However, it was found that there were some problems in the study of the antibacterial activity of cuminic acid against watermelon wilt pathogens, such as inconsistent assay methods, unclear mechanism of antibacterial activity, and lack of large-scale application studies. Therefore, in order to improve the antibacterial activity of cuminic acid against watermelon fusarium wilt, this paper put forward some countermeasures, such as optimizing extraction method, studying bacteriostatic mechanism and developing new application technology.
