Abstract
As an emerging force in the economic system, start-ups cover the early stage of entrepreneurship, innovative and growth potential. These companies often show high risk, high growth, limited resources and rapid iteration, and go through multiple development stages from creative budding, product development, market verification to scale expansion. Employee recruitment is crucial for start-ups. It is not only the basis for building a core team and accelerating business growth, but also the key to improving enterprise competitiveness and achieving long-term development. However, start-ups face many difficulties in the recruitment process, such as lack of professional recruitment team, lack of attraction caused by low brand awareness, changing recruitment demand with business development, irregular recruitment process, unclear screening criteria, and opaque decision-making process. To address these challenges, start-ups need to take a series of optimized measures. Firstly, recruitment services can be outsourced to make up for the shortage of professional team and improve the recruitment efficiency; secondly, strengthen brand building, enhance corporate image and attract more excellent talents; adjust the recruitment plan flexibly to adapt to the dynamic changes of business development; standardize the recruitment process to ensure the fairness and consistency of the recruitment process; finally, establish a clear screening process and establish transparent decision-making mechanism to improve the recruitment quality and employee satisfaction. Through these measures, start-ups can solve the recruitment problem more effectively, and lay a solid talent foundation for the sustainable development of enterprises.
