Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to explore the research of business model innovation and competitive strategy under the sharing economy model. Sharing economy, as an emerging economic form based on the Internet and big data technology, is profoundly changing the business model and market competition pattern of traditional enterprises. This paper first defines the core concepts of sharing economy, business model innovation and competitive strategy, and reviews the relevant theoretical basis. Then, the paper analyzes in detail the multiple paths of enterprise business model innovation under the sharing economy model, including the innovation of platform operation model, the differentiation and personalized customization of products and services, the diversification of profit model and value-added service strategy, as well as cross-border cooperation and ecosystem construction. These innovation paths provide enterprises with rich choices and practical directions, which help enterprises better adapt to market changes in the era of sharing economy. In terms of competitive strategy, this paper puts forward a series of strategic suggestions aimed at improving the competitiveness of enterprises, including deepening user experience and service innovation, strengthening brand building and marketing, optimizing cost control and operational efficiency, and strengthening technological innovation and data-driven. These strategies are designed to help enterprises build differentiated competitive advantages, improve market response speed and customer satisfaction, and stand out in the fierce market competition. Through the in-depth analysis of business model innovation and competitive strategy of enterprises under the sharing economy model, this study not only provides theoretical guidance and practical reference for enterprises, but also provides a new perspective and ideas for future research in the field of sharing economy.
