This paper deeply discusses the development trend of flexible labor market and its far-reaching influence on modern human resource management. With the acceleration of the process of globalization and the continuous emergence of technological innovation, flexible employment mode is rising rapidly in the world with its unique flexibility and high efficiency. This article begins with a definition of flexible employment, an overview of its evolution, and an analysis of several notable trends in the current market, including the popularity of remote working, the growth of project-based and task-oriented work, the expansion of the freelance and gig economy, and the role of technological advances in promoting flexible employment models. Then, this paper elaborates the specific impact of flexible employment mode on each link of human resource management. In terms of recruitment and allocation, flexible employment enables enterprises to adjust recruitment strategies, optimize talent allocation efficiency, and promote changes in remote job recruitment processes. In terms of training and development, enterprises need to formulate targeted training plans and career development paths according to the characteristics of flexible workers.
