摘 要
本文综述了现有烟气净化技术的概况,包括颗粒物去除技术、烟气冷凝技术和湿法洗涤技术等关键手段,这些技术在垃圾焚烧厂烟气处理中发挥着重要作用。针对当前烟气净化技术存在的净化效率、能耗及成本等方面的挑战,文章探讨了烟气净化技术的优化途径,包括净化工艺的集成与创新、高性能材料的应用以及温度对净化效果的影响等。通过实例分析,选取具体案例对比了优化前后的效果,详细阐述了优化措施的实施过程,并对优化效果进行了科学评估与分析。研究结果表明,通过技术优化,能够显著提升烟气净化效率,降低能耗和运营成本,为垃圾焚烧厂的绿色发展提供了有力支持。本研究对于推动烟气净化技术的进步和应用具有重要意义。

Abstract
This paper summarizes the overview of existing flue gas purification technologies, including particulate matter removal technology, flue gas condensation technology and wet washing technology, which play an important role in flue gas treatment of waste incineration plants. In view of the challenges of purification efficiency, energy consumption and cost of the current flue gas purification technology, this paper discusses the optimization methods of flue gas purification technology, including the integration and innovation of purification process, the application of high performance materials and the influence of temperature on the purification effect. Through case analysis, specific cases are selected to compare the effect before and after optimization, the implementation process of optimization measures is elaborated in detail, and the optimization effect is scientifically evaluated and analyzed. The results show that technology optimization can significantly improve the efficiency of flue gas purification, reduce energy consumption and operating costs, and provide strong support for the green development of waste incineration plants. This study is of great significance for promoting the progress and application of flue gas purification technology.
