摘 要
本文探讨了企业数字化转型的相关概述、意义、变革阻力及优化策略。数字化转型作为企业提升竞争力、实现可持续发展的关键路径,具有提升运营效率、促进创新驱动和优化资源配置等多重意义。然而,在推进数字化转型的过程中,企业面临着诸多变革阻力,如缺乏统一领导机制导致决策分散,目标不一致使得转型方向不明确,新旧系统间集成难度大造成资源浪费,以及外部招聘难度大导致人才短缺等问题。针对这些阻力,本文提出了相应的优化策略,包括明确数字化转型领导者以加强决策的统一性和执行力,定期评估和调整目标以确保转型方向的正确性和灵活性,选择兼容性强的系统以降低集成难度和成本,以及拓宽招聘渠道以吸引和培养更多数字化人才。这些策略的实施将有助于企业克服数字化转型中的障碍,提升转型的效率和成功率,从而在激烈的市场竞争中占据有利地位,实现长期稳定发展。本研究对于企业数字化转型的实践具有一定的指导意义和参考价值。

Abstract
This paper discusses the relevant overview, significance, resistance to change and optimization strategy of enterprise digital transformation. As a key path for enterprises to enhance their competitiveness and achieve sustainable development, digital transformation has multiple meanings, such as improving operational efficiency, promoting innovation drive and optimizing resource allocation. However, in the process of promoting digital transformation, enterprises are faced with many obstacles to change, such as lack of unified leadership mechanism leading to decentralized decision-making, unclear direction of transformation, difficult integration between old and new systems causing waste of resources, and difficulty of external recruitment leading to shortage of talents. For these resistance, this paper puts forward the corresponding optimization strategy, including clear digital transformation leader to strengthen the unity of decision-making and execution, regular evaluation and adjust goals to ensure the direction of transformation correctness and flexibility, choose strong compatibility system to reduce the difficulty of integration and the cost, and broaden the recruitment channels to attract and cultivate more digital talents. The implementation of these strategies will help enterprises to overcome the obstacles in the digital transformation, improve the efficiency and success rate of the transformation, so as to occupy a favorable position in the fierce market competition, and achieve long-term and stable development. This study has certain guiding significance and reference value for the practice of enterprise digital transformation.
