随着汽车工业的飞速发展,汽车已成为现代社会不可或缺的交通工具。然而,随着车辆使用时间的增长和行驶里程的增加,汽车底盘作为承载车辆重量、传递动力及保证行驶稳定性的关键部分,其异响故障问题日益凸显。底盘异响不仅影响驾驶的舒适性和安全性,还可能预示着车辆存在更为严重的机械问题。本文以汽车底盘异响故障为研究对象,首先概述了汽车底盘的基本结构与工作原理,为后续分析奠定理论基础。探讨了异响故障的产生机理,包括机械振动、磨损、松动等多种因素的综合作用。在故障诊断方面,本文介绍了当前常用的诊断技术与方法,如振动分析、声学检测、目视检查等,并分析了各方法的优缺点及适用范围。在底盘异响故障分析部分,本文详细阐述了悬挂系统、制动系统、传动系统及车身及附件四大类异响故障的具体表现、产生原因及诊断思路。最后,本文提出了针对各类底盘异响故障的维修对策与预防措施。针对悬挂系统,强调了减震器和悬挂弹簧的维修与更换;针对制动系统,提出了刹车片与制动盘的维护、制动系统的清洗与调试等建议;对于传动系统,则关注变速器的维修与保养以及驱动轴的检查与更换;车身及附件方面,则强调了车身结构的加强与维护以及附件的紧固与调整。

Abstract
With the rapid development of automobile industry, automobile has become an indispensable means of transportation in modern society. However, with the growth of vehicle use time and the increase of driving mileage, the vehicle chassis, as a key part of bearing the vehicle weight, transmitting power and ensuring the driving stability, the problem of abnormal noise failure has become increasingly prominent. Chassis abnormal sound not only affects the driving comfort and safety, but also may indicate a more serious mechanical problems in the vehicle. Taking the abnormal sound fault of automobile chassis, this paper first summarizes the basic structure and working principle of automobile chassis, laying the theoretical foundation for the subsequent analysis. The mechanism includes the combination of mechanical vibration, wear and loosening. In terms of fault diagnosis, this paper introduces the current commonly used diagnostic techniques and methods, such as vibration analysis, acoustic detection, visual inspection, etc., and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of each method and the scope of application. In the analysis part of chassis abnormal sound fault, this paper expounds the specific performance, causes and diagnosis ideas of four categories of suspension system, braking system, transmission system, body and accessories. Finally, this paper puts forward the maintenance countermeasures and preventive measures for all kinds of chassis abnormal sound faults. For the suspension system, the maintenance and replacement of shock absorbers and suspension spring; the maintenance of brake pads and brake discs, the maintenance and maintenance of transmission and inspection and replacement of drive shaft; for body and accessories, the strengthening, maintenance and tightening of the body structure and accessories are emphasized.
