旅游目的地旅游产业链整合与优化研究

摘要

本研究针对旅游目的地旅游产业链的整合与优化问题进行了深入探讨。首先,对旅游产业链的概念、特征及各环节进行了概述,为后续研究奠定了理论基础。接着,分析了当前旅游目的地旅游产业链存在的问题,包括行业结构不合理、资源配置低效、行政性区域市场壁垒过高、景区与航空运输瓶颈以及季节性与市场波动性影响等。针对这些问题,本研究提出了旅游目的地旅游产业链整合与优化的策略。首先,通过优化行业结构、实施多元化经营与跨界合作,以及提升旅游资源利用效率与共享机制,来解决行业结构不合理与资源配置低效的问题。其次,打破行政壁垒,促进区域合作,通过跨区域行政协调机制建设、区域旅游市场一体化政策制定以及旅游产业区域协同发展规划,来推动旅游产业链的整合与优化。同时,改革景区管理体制,推动航空运输业发展,加强与旅游产业链的深度融合。最后,针对季节性与市场波动性,提出供需平衡策略、旅游产品创新与调整以及利用淡季营销促进旅游目的地发展等应对措施。通过本研究,旨在为旅游目的地旅游产业链的整合与优化提供理论支持和实践指导,推动旅游业的可持续发展。

Abstract

In this study, the integration and optimization of tourism industry chain in tourism destinations are discussed. Firstly, the concept, characteristics and each link of the tourism industry chain are summarized, which lays a theoretical foundation for the follow-up research. Then, the paper analyzes the problems existing in the tourism industry chain of tourism destinations, including unreasonable industry structure, inefficient resource allocation, high administrative market barriers, bottlenecks in scenic spots and air transportation, and seasonal and market volatility. In view of these problems, this study puts forward the strategy of tourism industry chain integration and optimization. First of all, by optimizing the industry structure, implementing diversified operation and cross-border cooperation, and improving the utilization efficiency and sharing mechanism of tourism resources, the problem of unreasonable industry structure and inefficient resource allocation can be solved. Secondly, we should break administrative barriers and promote regional cooperation, and promote the integration and optimization of the tourism industry chain through the construction of cross-regional administrative coordination mechanisms, the formulation of regional tourism market integration policies and the planning of regional coordinated development of the tourism industry. At the same time, reform the management system of scenic spots, promote the development of air transport industry, and strengthen the deep integration with the tourism industry chain. Finally, in view of seasonality and market volatility, this paper puts forward some countermeasures, such as supply and demand balance strategy, innovation and adjustment of tourism products, and promotion of tourism destination development through off-season marketing. The purpose of this study is to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the integration and optimization of tourism industry chain in tourism destinations and promote the sustainable development of tourism.
