农产品物流作为连接农产品生产与消费的关键环节，对于保障农产品供应、稳定市场价格以及促进农业发展具有举足轻重的作用。然而，在农产品物流过程中，损耗问题一直是一个难以回避的痛点。损耗不仅导致农产品价值的降低，还增加了物流成本，影响了农民的收入和农业的可持续发展。同时，随着消费者对农产品新鲜度和品质要求的不断提高，如何有效控制农产品物流损耗，确保农产品以最佳状态送达消费者手中，成为当前农产品物流领域亟待解决的问题。本研究以农产品物流损耗控制为核心，首先概述了农产品物流的基本概念与特点、损耗控制理论以及供应链管理理论，为后续研究奠定了坚实的理论基础。接着，阐述了农产品物流损耗控制的重要性，包括保障农产品价值、提高农民收入、促进农业可持续发展以及确保农产品新鲜度与品质、满足消费者对健康食品的需求等方面。然后，系统分析了农产品物流损耗控制存在的问题，如损耗控制意识不足、冷链物流发展滞后、包装技术与材料落后以及信息化管理水平低等。最后，针对这些问题，提出了增强损耗控制意识与机制建设、加快冷链物流发展与技术创新、提升包装技术与材料水平以及提高信息化管理水平与数据分析能力等优化对策，为农产品物流损耗控制提供了有益的参考和借鉴。

Abstract
As a key link connecting the production and consumption of agricultural products, agricultural products logistics plays a decisive role in ensuring the supply of agricultural products, stabilizing the market price and promoting agricultural development. However, in the process of agricultural products logistics, the loss problem has been an unavoidable pain point. Loss not only leads to the reduction of the value of agricultural products, but also increases the logistics cost, affecting farmers' income and the sustainable development of agriculture. At the same time, with the continuous improvement of consumers' requirements for the freshness and quality of agricultural products, how to effectively control the loss of agricultural products logistics and ensure that agricultural products are delivered to consumers in the best condition has become an urgent problem to be solved in the current field of agricultural products logistics. This study takes the loss control of agricultural products logistics as the core, first summarizes the basic concepts and characteristics of agricultural products logistics, the loss control theory and the supply chain management theory of agricultural products, and lays a solid theoretical foundation for the subsequent research. Then, the importance of logistics loss control of agricultural products, including ensuring the value of agricultural products, improving farmers 'income, promoting the sustainable development of agriculture, ensuring the freshness and quality of agricultural products, and meeting consumers' demand for healthy food. Then, it systematically analyzes the problems of logistics loss control of agricultural products, such as lack of loss control awareness, lagging development of cold chain logistics, backward packaging technology and materials, and low level of information management. Finally, in view of these problems, the optimization countermeasures such as enhancing the awareness of loss control and mechanism construction, accelerating the development and technological innovation of cold chain logistics, improving the level of packaging technology and materials, and improving the level of information management and data analysis ability, which provide useful reference and reference for the loss control of agricultural products logistics.
