随着全球环境问题的日益突出，可持续发展已成为全球共识。物流行业作为连接生产与消费的桥梁，其活动对环境产生的影响不容忽视。传统物流管理往往忽视了环境保护的重要性，导致能源消耗大、碳排放高、环境污染严重等问题。绿色物流管理应运而生，旨在通过优化物流活动，降低对环境的影响，实现经济效益与环境效益的双赢。本研究以绿色物流管理为主题，首先概述了绿色物流的定义与特点，以及绿色物流管理的理论基础和关键要素，为后续研究奠定了坚实的理论基础。接着，本研究详细分析了绿色物流管理的作用，包括提升企业社会责任感、降低运营成本、促进环境保护等方面，进一步阐述了绿色物流管理的重要性和必要性。然后，针对绿色物流管理实践中存在的问题，如理念认知不足、技术应用落后、政策法规不完善、合作机制不健全等，本研究提出了相应的优化对策。最后，本研究总结了绿色物流管理实践中的问题与优化对策，强调了绿色物流管理对企业与社会的重要意义，并展望了未来的研究方向，旨在为物流行业的绿色转型和可持续发展提供有益的参考和借鉴。

Abstract
With the increasing prominence of global environmental problems, sustainable development has become a global consensus. As a bridge connecting production and consumption, the impact of its activities on the environment cannot be ignored. Traditional logistics management often ignores the importance of environmental protection, leading to problems such as high energy consumption, high carbon emissions and serious environmental pollution. Green logistics management arises at the historic moment, aiming to reduce the impact on the environment by optimizing logistics activities, and achieve a win-win situation between economic benefits and environmental benefits. With green logistics management as the theme, this study first summarizes the definition and characteristics of green logistics, as well as the theoretical basis and key elements of green logistics management, laying a solid theoretical foundation for the subsequent research. Then, this study analyzes the role of green logistics management in detail, including enhancing corporate social responsibility, reducing operating costs, promoting environmental protection and other aspects, and further expounds the importance and necessity of green logistics management. Then, in view of the problems existing in the practice of green logistics management, such as the lack of concept cognition, backward technology application, imperfect policies and regulations, imperfect cooperation mechanism, etc., this research puts forward the corresponding optimization countermeasures. Finally, this study summarizes the problems and optimization countermeasures in the practice of green logistics management, emphasizes the importance of green logistics management to enterprises and society, and looks into the future research direction, aiming to provide useful reference and reference for the green transformation and sustainable development of the logistics industry.
