摘要：本文以我国民法典物权编立法中的外部体系协调为研究对象，旨在探讨当前我国物权编立法中存在的外部体系协调问题以及解决方案。首先，文章介绍了研究的背景和目的，国内外研究现状，以及研究内容与方法。接着，论述了外部体系协调概念的定义和重要性。然后，分析了我国民法典物权编立法与国际物权法律制度、其他民事法律制度以及行政法律制度的协调现状。接下来，针对协调存在的问题，对不足之处进行了分析，包括协调不足的原因分析。最后，提出了解决问题的对策与建议，包括完善民法典物权编的立法体系、加强行政机关与立法机关之间的沟通与协调，以及进一步完善我国物权法律制度。通过本文的研究，可以更好地理解和解决我国民法典物权编立法中的外部体系协调问题。

Abstract:This paper takes the external system coordination in the legislation of real right in the Civil code of China as the research ob ject, aiming to discuss the existing problems of external system coordination in the legislation of real right in China and the solutions. First of all, the paper introduces the background and purpose of the research, the research status at home and abroad, as well as the research content and methods. Then, the definition and importance of the concept of external system coordination are discussed. Then, it analyzes the current situation of the coordination between the real right compilation legislation of China's civil code and the international real right legal system, other civil legal systems and administrative legal systems. Next, in view of the existing problems in coordination, the paper analyzes the shortcomings, including the reasons for the lack of coordination. Finally, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem, including improving the legislative system of the civil code real right, strengthening the communication and coordination between the administrative organs and the legislature, and further improving the legal system of real right in our country. Through the study of this paper, we can better understand and solve the problem of external system coordination in the legislation of property rights in our country's civil code.
