Abstract
The selection and process matching of chemical equipment is the key link in the chemical production process, which directly affects the production efficiency, product quality, energy consumption and environmental protection. With the rapid development of chemical industry and the improvement of sustainable development requirements, it is particularly important to conduct in-depth research on the selection and process matching of chemical equipment. First of all, the introduction introduces the background, significance and research status at home and abroad, and clarifies the purpose and content of the research. The third chapter makes a comprehensive analysis of the chemical process, including the basic concept of the process, simulation and optimization, the determination of key process parameters and the assessment of the sustainability of the process, which provides guidance for the selection of equipment at the process level. The fourth chapter deeply discusses the equipment selection and process matching analysis, including the basic criteria of equipment selection, influencing factors, the integrated optimization of equipment and process and the case study of equipment selection, showing the application and effect of equipment selection in actual chemical production.
