随着互联网技术的飞速发展,网络已成为信息传播的主要渠道之一。然而,网络空间的匿名性、开放性等特点也为谣言的滋生和传播提供了温床。网络谣言不仅误导公众认知,引发社会恐慌,还对企业声誉、市场秩序乃至社会稳定造成严重影响。尤其是在社交媒体和短视频平台兴起的背景下,网络谣言的传播速度更快、范围更广,其社会危害性日益凸显。本研究旨在探讨网络谣言传播的社会影响及其治理对策。首先,通过梳理网络传播理论、社会心理学理论以及法律法规与政策框架,对网络谣言的传播机制、受众心理及治理环境进行全面分析。随后,从个人、社会群体、经济与市场三个维度,深入剖析网络谣言传播的社会影响。在个人层面,网络谣言导致信息误导与认知偏差,引发心理恐慌和社会信任危机;在社会群体层面,网络谣言加剧群体极化与社会撕裂,影响公众议题设置;在经济与市场层面,网络谣言损害企业声誉,扰乱市场秩序。针对上述问题,本研究提出了一系列治理对策,包括强化源头治理、加快信息传播速度管理、完善辟谣机制以及加强法律法规建设与执行等。这些对策旨在构建多元共治的网络谣言治理体系,有效遏制网络谣言的传播,维护网络空间的健康有序发展。

Abstract
With the rapid development of Internet technology, the network has become one of the main channels for information dissemination. However, the anonymity and openness of cyberspace also provide a breeding ground for rumors to grow and spread. Online rumors not only mislead public perception and trigger social panic, but also have a serious impact on corporate reputation, market order, and even social stability. Especially with the rise of social media and short video platforms, the spread speed and scope of online rumors are faster and wider, and their social harm is becoming increasingly prominent. This study aims to explore the social impact of online rumor dissemination and its governance strategies. Firstly, by sorting out the theories of online communication, social psychology, laws, regulations, and policy fr ameworks, a comprehensive analysis is conducted on the dissemination mechanism, audience psychology, and governance environment of online rumors. Subsequently, an in-depth analysis was conducted on the social impact of online rumor dissemination from three dimensions: individuals, social groups, economy, and market. On a personal level, online rumors lead to misleading information and cognitive biases, causing psychological panic and a crisis of social trust; At the level of social groups, online rumors exacerbate group polarization and social division, affecting the setting of public issues; At the economic and market level, online rumors damage corporate reputation and disrupt market order. In response to the above issues, this study proposes a series of governance measures, including strengthening source control, accelerating information dissemination speed management, improving debunking mechanisms, and strengthening the construction and enforcement of laws and regulations. These measures aim to build a diverse and collaborative governance system for online rumor management, effectively curb the spread of online rumors, and maintain the healthy and orderly development of cyberspace.
