大学生学业拖延心理问题及其对策研究
摘要
在当今高等教育环境中,大学生学业拖延现象日益严重,成为影响学生学习效果和心理健康的重要因素。学业拖延不仅导致学业成绩下滑,还可能引发焦虑、自责、内疚等负面情绪,甚至影响到学生的未来职业发展和人生规划。随着社会对大学生综合素质要求的不断提高,如何有效减少学业拖延,提高学生的学习效率和学业效能感,已成为教育界和社会各界关注的焦点。本研究聚焦于大学生学业拖延心理问题,通过文献综述和实证分析,探讨了学业拖延的现状、成因及干预策略。研究发现,大学生学业拖延现象普遍存在,其成因涉及个性特质、情绪状态、任务感知与环境因素等多个方面。具体表现为延迟满足能力低、完美主义倾向、任务难度认知过高、情绪波动大及学习环境不良等。针对这些问题,本研究提出了增强个性与心理素质、改善任务管理与时间规划、提升情绪与自控策略以及优化环境与建立支持系统等对策。这些对策旨在通过综合手段减少学业拖延行为,提高学生的学习效率和学业效能感,进而促进其全面发展。本研究对于深入理解大学生学业拖延问题、制定有效的干预策略具有重要的理论意义和现实价值。

Abstract
In today's higher education environment, the phenomenon of college students' academic delay is increasingly serious, which has become an important factor affecting students' learning effect and mental health. Academic delays can not only lead to a decline in academic performance, but also lead to negative emotions such as anxiety, remorse, guilt, and even affect students' future career development and life planning. With the continuous improvement of the social requirements for the comprehensive quality of college students, how to effectively reduce academic delay and improve students' learning efficiency and academic efficiency has become the focus of the educational circle and all sectors of society. This study focuses on the psychological problems of academic delay, and explores the current situation, causes and intervention strategies. It is found that the phenomenon of academic delay among college students is widespread, whose causes include personality traits, emotional states, task perception and environmental factors. Specifically, it are low delay gratification ability, perfectionism tendency, high cognition of task difficulty, large mood fluctuation and poor learning environment. In view of these problems, this research puts forward some countermeasures, such as enhancing personality and psychological quality, improving task management and time planning, improving emotion and self-control strategies, and optimizing the environment and establishing support system. These countermeasures aim to reduce academic procrastination through comprehensive means, improve students' learning efficiency and academic efficiency, and then promote their all-round development. This study has great theoretical and practical value for understanding the problem of academic delay and developing effective intervention strategies.
