幼儿教师师资短缺的成因分析及解决路径研究

摘 要

本文聚焦幼儿教师师资短缺问题,首先概述了师资短缺的定义、特点及理论基础。接着,详细分析了幼儿教师师资短缺的具体表现,包括幼儿园师生比例失衡、非编制教师比例过高及师资队伍结构不合理等。针对成因,文章指出课程设置不合理、实践教学不足及专业吸引力下降为主要因素。为解决这一问题,本文提出了优化课程结构、强化实践指导及增强专业认同感等路径,旨在提升幼儿教师培养质量,增加师资供给。本研究对于缓解幼儿教师师资短缺,促进学前教育健康发展具有重要参考价值,期望能为政府、教育机构及社会各界提供有益的决策依据和行动指南。

Abstract 

This paper focuses on the shortage of preschool teachers, and first summarizes the definition, characteristics and theoretical basis of teacher shortage. Then, the specific performance of the shortage of preschool teachers is analyzed in detail, including the imbalance of teachers and students in kindergartens, the excessive proportion of non-established teachers and the unreasonable structure of teachers. In view of the causes, the paper points out that the unreasonable curriculum, the lack of practical teaching and the decline of professional attraction are the main factors. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposes the path of optimizing the curriculum structure, strengthening the practical guidance and enhancing the professional identity, aiming to improve the quality of preschool teachers and increase the supply of teachers. This study has important reference value for alleviating the shortage of preschool teachers and promoting the healthy development of preschool education. It is expected to provide useful decision-making basis and action guide for the government, educational institutions and all sectors of society.
