幼儿园课程游戏化实施中的问题与改进策略
摘 要
随着教育理念的不断进步与更新,幼儿园教育作为孩子成长的重要起点,其课程设计与实施方式备受关注。近年来,游戏化教学理念在全球范围内得到广泛推广与应用,成为提升幼儿教育质量的重要途径。游戏化教学通过将课程内容与游戏元素相结合,不仅能够激发幼儿的学习兴趣,还能在轻松愉快的氛围中促进幼儿的全面发展。因此,本研究聚焦于幼儿园课程游戏化实施中的问题与改进策略。通过文献综述和实地调研,分析了当前幼儿园课程游戏化实施过程中存在的主要问题,包括游戏内容与教育目标不匹配、教师专业能力欠缺、家长参与不足以及教育资源与环境限制等。针对这些问题,本研究提出了优化游戏内容与教育目标结合、提升教师专业能力、增强家长认识与参与以及改善教育资源与环境等具体对策。研究结果表明,通过实施这些改进策略,可以有效提升幼儿园课程游戏化的实施效果,促进幼儿身心健康发展。本研究为幼儿园教育实践提供了有价值的参考和借鉴,有助于推动幼儿教育的质量提升。

Problems and improvement strategies in the implementation of gamification of kindergarten curriculum
Abstract
With the continuous progress and renewal of educational concepts, kindergarten education serves as an important starting point for children's growth, and its curriculum design and implementation methods have attracted much attention. In recent years, the concept of gamification teaching has been widely promoted and applied in the world, and has become an important way to improve the quality of early childhood education. By combining the course content with the game elements, the gamification teaching can not only stimulate children's interest in learning, but also promote children's all-round development in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. Therefore, this study focuses on problems and improvement strategies in the implementation of kindergarten curriculum. Through literature review and field research, the main problems in the implementation of kindergarten curriculum are analyzed, including the mismatch between game content and educational ob jectives, lack of teachers' professional ability, lack of parental participation, and restrictions on educational resources and environment. In view of these problems, this research puts forward specific countermeasures such as optimizing the combination of game content with educational ob jectives, improving teachers 'professional ability, enhancing parents' understanding and participation, and improving educational resources and environment. The results show that the implementation of these improvement strategies can effectively improve the implementation effect of gamification of kindergarten curriculum and promote the physical and mental health development of children. This study provides a valuable reference and reference for the kindergarten education practice, and helps to promote the quality improvement of early childhood education.
