摘  要:当前,随着社会对幼儿教育质量要求的不断提升,以及教育理念的不断进步,幼儿园家园共育模式日益受到重视。因此,本文旨在探讨幼儿园家园共育模式中的现状、问题及其对策。首先,分析了家园共育的研究背景和意义,强调了其在幼儿教育中的重要性。而后深入剖析了幼儿园家园共育模式中存在的问题,包括家长参与度不足、教师沟通能力局限、信息传递渠道不畅以及文化与社会环境差异等。最后针对这些问题,本文提出了一系列对策,包括提升家长参与度、增强教师沟通能力、优化信息传递渠道以及缩小文化与社会环境差异等。通过这些对策的实施,本文期望能够为推动幼儿园家园共育模式的优化和发展提供有益参考。

Problems and countermeasures in the mode of home co-education in kindergarten

Abstract:At present, with the continuous improvement of the social requirements for the quality of early childhood education, and the continuous progress of the educational concept, the kindergarten home co-education mode is getting more and more attention. Therefore, this paper aims to explore the current situation, problems and countermeasures in the home co-breeding model in kindergartens. First, the research background and significance of home co-education, emphasizing its importance in early childhood education. Then, the problems existing in the mode of home co-education in kindergartens were deeply analyzed, including insufficient participation of parents, limited teachers' communication ability, poor information transmission channels, and differences between cultural and social environment. Finally, in view of these problems, this paper puts forward a series of countermeasures, including improving parents 'participation, enhancing teachers' communication ability, optimizing information transmission channels, and narrowing the differences between cultural and social environment. Through the implementation of these countermeasures, this paper hopes to provide useful reference for promoting the optimization and development of kindergarten home co-education mode.
