摘 要
随着信息技术的迅猛发展和消费者行为模式的深刻变化,零售业正经历着前所未有的数字化转型浪潮。传统零售业依赖实体店面和有限的人流量,已难以满足消费者日益增长的个性化、便捷化需求。电子商务的兴起、大数据与人工智能技术的广泛应用,为零售业带来了全新的发展机遇。因此,本文研究了零售业数字化转型背景下顾客体验优化的关键问题与对策。首先,分析了数字化转型对零售业的影响及顾客体验优化的重要性;其次,揭示了当前零售业在数字化转型过程中存在的技术应用不充分、顾客个性化需求未满足、数据驱动决策不足及员工技能与认知不匹配等顾客体验优化问题;接着,针对这些问题,提出了提升技术应用效率、加强技术融合与创新、深化顾客个性化服务、强化数据驱动决策及提高员工技能匹配度等具体对策;最后,总结了研究成果,强调了顾客体验优化在零售业数字化转型中的核心地位。本研究对于零售企业提升顾客体验、增强市场竞争力具有重要的参考价值。

Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology and the profound changes in consumer behavior patterns, the retail industry is experiencing an unprecedented wave of digital transformation. The traditional retail industry relies on physical stores and limited flow of people, which has been difficult to meet the growing personalized and convenient needs of consumers. The rise of e-commerce and the wide application of big data and artificial intelligence technology have brought brand-new development opportunities for the retail industry.
