化工制药工艺中存在的问题及优化措施
摘 要:随着全球医药行业的迅猛发展,化工制药工艺作为其核心环节,在推动新药研发、保障公众健康及促进经济增长方面发挥着不可替代的作用。本研究针对化工制药工艺的现状与问题,系统分析了技术创新、环境污染、资源利用及安全管理等方面的不足,并提出了相应的优化措施。通过加强技术创新与研发投入,鼓励产学研合作,促进科技成果快速转化;实施绿色制药战略,引进环保设备,改进生产工艺,推行循环经济模式;提高资源利用效率,优化原料配方,采用节能降耗技术;同时,强化安全管理与应急响应机制,完善安全管理体系,加强安全培训,确保生产安全。本研究旨在为化工制药行业提供一套科学、可行的优化方案,推动行业向高效、绿色、安全、可持续方向发展,助力医药行业转型升级,为保障公众健康、促进经济稳定增长贡献力量。

Abstract:With the rapid development of the global pharmaceutical industry, the chemical pharmaceutical process, as its core link, plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the research and development of new drugs, safeguarding public health and promoting economic growth. According to the current situation and problems of chemical pharmaceutical process, this study systematically analyzes the deficiencies of technological innovation, environmental pollution, resource utilization and safety management, and puts forward corresponding optimization measures. By strengthening technological innovation and research and development investment, encourage industry-university-research cooperation, promote the rapid transformation of scientific and technological achievements; implement the green pharmaceutical strategy, introduce environmental protection equipment, improve production process and promote circular economy model; improve the efficiency of resource utilization, optimize raw material formulation, adopt energy saving and consumption reduction technology, strengthen the safety management and emergency response mechanism, improve the safety management system, and strengthen the safety training to ensure production safety. This study aims to provide a set of scientific and feasible optimization scheme for the chemical and pharmaceutical industry, promote the industry to the direction of efficient, green, safe and sustainable development, help the transformation and upgrading of the pharmaceutical industry, and contribute to the protection of public health and promote stable economic growth.

Abstract:With the rapid development of the global pharmaceutical industry, the chemical pharmaceutical process, as its core link, plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the research and development of new drugs, safeguarding public health and promoting economic growth.
