摘要：本文以社会组织参与公共服务的路径与机制为研究主题，通过对国内外研究现状的梳理和分析，探讨了社会组织参与公共服务的概念、特点以及理论框架。在分析社会组织参与公共服务的现状时，考察了其发展历程、主要领域和形式，以及所面临的问题和挑战。基于此，本文提出了政府支持与政策引导、社会组织自我发展和能力建设、多元合作与资源整合以及社会监督与评估机制等参与公共服务的路径与机制。通过案例分析，揭示了社会组织参与公共服务的具体实践措施及实践效果评估与经验总结。最后，本文提出加强政府引导和支持、提升社会组织自身能力和水平、加强社会监督和评估机制等对社会组织参与公共服务的启示和建议。

Abstract:Taking the path and mechanism of social organizations' participation in public service as the research theme, this paper discusses the concept, characteristics and theoretical fr amework of social organizations' participation in public service by combing and analyzing the research status at home and abroad. In the analysis of the current situation of social organization participation in public service, it examines its development course, main fields and forms, as well as the problems and challenges it faces. Based on this, this paper puts forward the path and mechanism of participation in public service, such as government support and policy guidance, self-development and capacity building of social organizations, multi-cooperation and resource integration, and social supervision and evaluation mechanism. Through case analysis, it reveals the concrete practical measures of social organizations participating in public service and the evaluation of practical effects and experience summary. Finally, this paper puts forward some enlightenments and suggestions for social organizations to participate in public service, such as strengthening government guidance and support, improving the ability and level of social organizations, and strengthening social supervision and evaluation mechanism.
