随着城市化进程的加速推进，城市社区作为城市社会的基本单元，其治理成效直接关系到城市的整体运行质量和居民的生活质量。然而，当前城市社区治理中普遍存在着居民参与度低、信息不对称、决策机制不健全以及社区资源分配不均等问题。这些问题不仅限制了社区治理的效能，也影响了居民的满意度和幸福感。因此，深入探讨城市社区治理中的居民参与问题，寻找有效的解决对策，对于推动社区治理现代化、构建共建共治共享的社会治理格局具有重要意义。本文旨在研究城市社区治理中的居民参与问题，通过分析当前社区治理中存在的参与度低、信息不对称、决策机制不健全及资源分配不均等具体问题，提出了一系列提升居民参与度的对策。研究认为，增强社区认同感、建立激励机制、改善信息传递、完善决策机制、扩大参与渠道、多样化参与方式以及优化资源配置是解决这些问题的有效途径。通过实施这些对策，可以有效提高居民参与社区治理的积极性和实效性，促进社区治理的民主化、科学化和精细化发展。本文的研究对于推动城市社区治理创新、提升居民生活质量具有重要的实践价值。

ABSTRACT
With the acceleration of urbanization, as the basic unit of urban society, is directly related to the overall operation quality of the city and the quality of life of residents. However, there are many problems of low participation of residents, information asymmetry, imperfect decision-making mechanism and unequal distribution of community resources in the current urban community governance. These problems not only limit the effectiveness of community governance, but also affect the satisfaction and happiness of the residents. Therefore, it is of great significance to deeply explore the problems of residents' participation in urban community governance and find effective solutions for promoting the modernization of community governance and building a social governance pattern of joint construction, joint governance and sharing. This paper aims to study the participation of residents in urban community governance. By analyzing the specific problems of low participation, information asymmetry, imperfect decision-making mechanism and unequal resource distribution in current community governance, it proposes a series of countermeasures to improve the participation of residents. The research believes that enhancing community identity, establishing incentive mechanism, improving information transmission, improving decision-making mechanism, expanding participation channels, diversified participation methods and optimizing resource allocation are effective ways to solve these problems. Through the implementation of these countermeasures, it can effectively improve the enthusiasm and effectiveness of residents to participate in community governance, and promote the democratic, scientific and refined development of community governance. The research of this paper has important practical value for promoting the innovation of urban community governance and improving the living quality of residents.
