摘 要
本文深入探讨了如何有效培养小学生的音乐欣赏能力,明确了音乐欣赏能力的定义、构成及其在小学生成长过程中的重要性,强调了培养这一能力对于促进学生情感表达、创新思维及文化素养的积极作用。在审视当前小学生音乐欣赏能力培养的现状时,本文指出了几个显著问题:一是教学内容单一,二是教学方法陈旧,三是评价体系不完善,四是师资力量不足。针对上述问题,本文提出了丰富教学内容,通过引入多元文化音乐元素和定制化教学,满足学生的多样化需求,创新教学方法,强化师生互动与合作学习,完善评价体系,建立多元化评价机制,注重学生音乐素养的全面发展,加强师资建设,通过引进与培养专业音乐教师,提供持续的专业培训与发展机会,提升教师队伍的整体素质和教学水平。本文提出的策略为小学生音乐欣赏能力的培养提供了全面的指导和支持,有望在实践中取得显著成效,为学生的全面发展奠定坚实的基础。

Research on effective strategies for cultivating pupils' music appreciation ability
Abstract
This paper deeply discusses how to effectively cultivate the music appreciation ability of primary school students, clarifies the definition, composition and importance of music appreciation ability in the growth process of primary school students, and emphasizes the positive role of cultivating this ability in promoting students' emotional ex pression, innovative thinking and cultural literacy. When examining the current situation of the cultivation of music appreciation ability of primary school students, this paper points out several obvious problems: one is the single teaching content, the second is the outdated teaching method, the third is the imperfect evaluation system, and the fourth is the lack of teachers. In response to the above problems, this paper proposes to enrich the teaching content, introduce multicultural music elements and customized teaching to meet the diverse needs of students, innovate teaching methods, strengthen teacher-student interaction and cooperative learning, improve the evaluation system, establish a diversified evaluation mechanism, pay attention to the overall development of students' music literacy, strengthen the construction of teachers, and introduce and train professional music teachers. Provide continuous professional training and development opportunities to enhance the overall quality and teaching level of teachers. The strategies proposed in this paper provide comprehensive guidance and support for the cultivation of primary school students' music appreciation ability, which is expected to achieve remarkable results in practice and lay a solid foundation for students' all-round development.
