摘 要
本文全面探讨了企业数字化转型过程中的风险管理策略,旨在为企业成功转型提供理论指导与实践参考。文章首先阐述了数字化转型的背景、意义及国内外研究现状,明确了研究目的。随后,详细概述了数字化转型的概念、特征及其在技术、业务、组织三个层面的主要领域。在风险识别部分,文章深入分析了企业数字化转型面临的三大类风险:技术风险、业务风险和组织风险,具体包括数据安全与隐私保护、技术选型与实施、技术更新与淘汰、市场需求变化、供应链协同、商业模式失效、人才流失与技能短缺、组织结构与文化冲突以及领导力与决策失误等具体风险点。针对识别出的风险,文章提出了相应的应对策略。在技术风险方面,强调加强数据安全与隐私保护,包括建立完善的管理体系、应用先进技术并定期审计评估。业务风险应对则聚焦于灵活调整市场策略,如趋势分析、快速响应客户需求及构建多元化营销渠道。同时,加强供应链协同管理,通过可视化、先进软件及建立合作伙伴网络提升协同效率。在组织风险方面,文章建议建立人才培养与引进机制,包括设立培养计划、与教育机构合作及实施内部再教育项目。本文系统梳理了企业数字化转型中的风险点,并提出了全面且具有针对性的应对策略,为企业有效管理转型风险、实现可持续发展提供了有力支持。

Abstract
This paper comprehensively discusses the risk management strategy in the process of enterprise digital transformation, aiming at providing theoretical guidance and practical reference for enterprises to successfully transform. Firstly, the paper expounds the background, significance and research status of digital transformation at home and abroad, and clarifies the research purpose. It then gives a detailed overview of the concept, characteristics and main areas of digital transformation at the technical, business and organizational levels. In the part of risk identification, the paper in-depth analyzes three categories of risks faced by enterprises in digital transformation: Technical risk, business risk and organizational risk, including data security and privacy protection, technology selection and implementation, technology update and elimination, market demand changes, supply chain synergy, business model failure, brain drain and skill shortage, organizational structure and cultural conflict, leadership and decision-making errors and other specific risk points. In view of the identified risks, the article puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. In terms of technical risks, the emphasis is on strengthening data security and privacy protection, including the establishment of a sound management system, the application of advanced technology and regular audit evaluation. Business risk management focuses on flexible marketing strategies such as trend analysis, rapid response to customer needs and building diversified marketing channels. At the same time, strengthen supply chain collaboration management, through visualization, advanced software and the establishment of a network of partners to enhance collaboration efficiency. In terms of organizational risk, the paper suggests the establishment of a talent training and introduction mechanism, including the establishment of training programs, cooperation with educational institutions and the implementation of internal re-education projects. This paper systematically sorted out the risk points in enterprise digital transformation, and proposed comprehensive and targeted coping strategies, which provided strong support for enterprises to effectively manage transformation risks and achieve sustainable development.
