摘 要
本文深入探讨了跨文化管理能力对企业国际竞争力的影响机制,并提出了相应的提升策略。首先,文章明确了跨文化管理能力的四大构成要素:语言与沟通能力、文化敏感度与认知、跨文化领导力和多元化团队的整合能力。随后,通过详细分析,揭示了跨文化管理能力如何通过增强文化差异识别与适应能力、提升跨文化沟通与协作效率、激发团队多元化与创新能力,以及增强风险管理与危机应对能力,来正面影响企业的国际竞争力。为进一步验证理论框架,本文还进行了案例研究,包括成功案例的剖析与失败案例的反思,旨在为企业提供可借鉴的经验与教训。基于上述分析,文章提出了提升跨文化管理能力的多维度策略:加强跨文化培训与教育,以提升员工的文化意识与沟通技能;建立跨文化管理团队与机制,促进团队多元化与高效协作;灵活调整市场进入与竞争策略,以适应不同文化背景下的市场需求;强化风险管理与合规经营,确保企业在国际竞争中的稳健发展。本文的研究成果不仅丰富了跨文化管理理论,也为企业国际化进程中如何有效提升跨文化管理能力提供了实践指导,有助于企业在全球市场中构建持续的竞争优势。

Abstract
This paper discusses the influence mechanism of cross-cultural management ability on the international competitiveness of enterprises, and puts forward the corresponding improvement strategies. First of all, the paper defines four components of cross-cultural management ability: language and communication ability, cultural sensitivity and cognition, cross-cultural leadership and integration ability of diverse teams. Then, through detailed analysis, it reveals how cross-cultural management ability positively affects the international competitiveness of enterprises by enhancing the ability to identify and adapt to cultural differences, improving the efficiency of cross-cultural communication and collaboration, stimulating team diversity and innovation ability, and enhancing risk management and crisis response ability. In order to further verify the theoretical fr amework, this paper also carries out case studies, including the analysis of successful cases and the reflection of failure cases, in order to provide enterprises with referential experience and lessons. Based on the above analysis, the paper puts forward a multi-dimensional strategy to improve cross-cultural management ability: strengthen cross-cultural training and education to enhance employees' cultural awareness and communication skills; Establish a cross-cultural management team and mechanism to promote team diversity and efficient collaboration; Flexibly adjust market entry and competition strategies to meet market needs in different cultural contexts; Strengthen risk management and compliance operation to ensure the steady development of enterprises in international competition. The research results of this paper not only enrich the theory of cross-cultural management, but also provide practical guidance on how to effectively improve the ability of cross-cultural management in the process of internationalization of enterprises, and help enterprises to build sustainable competitive advantages in the global market.
