Abstract
This paper deeply discusses the importance, strategies, practical cases, challenges and countermeasures of SME corporate culture construction. First of all, the paper expounds the research background and significance in the introduction, pointing out the important role of small and medium-sized enterprises in economic development and the urgency of enterprise culture construction. Then, the paper gives a detailed overview of the definition and characteristics of SME corporate culture, especially its uniqueness and its importance to internal cohesion, external competitiveness and sustainable development. In the strategy part, the paper puts forward the multi-faceted strategy of SME corporate culture construction, including clear construction ob jectives, play the role of leaders, strengthen cultural communication and penetration, promote employee participation and identity, and continue to optimize and adjust. These strategies aim to help smes build a corporate culture system in line with their own characteristics and development needs.
