小学生学习动机与学业成就的关系探究

本文旨在探讨学习动机对学业成就的影响,并提出提升学习动机对学业成就的对策。学习动机是学生参与学习活动时的内在驱动力,对学生的学习投入、学习目标导向性和学习的自我调节与持久性有着显著影响。有较高学习动机的学生表现出更高的学习投入和努力程度,设定具有挑战性和意义的学习目标,以及具备较强的自我调控能力和持久性。为提升学习动机对学业成就的影响,应创造积极的学习环境,建立明确的学习目标和规划,激发学习的兴趣和意义。

This paper aims to explore the impact of learning motivation on academic achievement and propose strategies to enhance the influence of learning motivation on academic achievement. Learning motivation refers to the inner driving force and motivation of students' participation in learning activities. It has a significant impact on students' learning engagement, goal orientation, and self-regulation and persistence in learning. Students with higher learning motivation demonstrate higher levels of learning engagement and effort, set challenging and meaningful learning goals, and possess stronger self-regulation abilities and persistence. To enhance the influence of learning motivation on academic achievement, it is important to create a positive learning environment, establish clear learning goals and plans, and stimulate interest and meaningfulness in learning.
