计算机视觉在智能交通监控系统中的应用


摘  要:随着城市化进程的加速,车辆数量急剧增加,城市交通拥堵、交通事故频发等问题日益严峻。传统的交通管理方式已难以满足现代交通管理的需求,亟需引入新技术提升交通管理的智能化水平。因此,本文深入探讨了计算机视觉技术在智能交通监控系统中的应用,分析了其提升交通管理效率和安全性的重要作用。首先,概述了计算机视觉技术的基础理论和智能交通监控系统的概念。随后,详细阐述了计算机视觉在智能交通监控系统中的具体应用,包括车辆检测与追踪、交通事件检测、行人行为分析等。同时,也指出了当前应用中存在的问题,如准确性与可靠性、实时性与处理速度、环境适应性与稳定性以及数据安全与隐私保护等挑战。针对这些问题,本文提出了相应的对策,包括采用高效算法、优化数据处理流程、增强系统冗余和环境适应性、强化数据安全与隐私保护等措施。最后,本文总结了计算机视觉技术在智能交通监控系统中应用的重要性和前景,为未来的研究和应用提供了参考。

Application of Computer vision in intelligent traffic monitoring system


Abstract:With the acceleration of the urbanization process, the number of vehicles has increased sharply, and the problems of urban traffic congestion, frequent traffic accidents and other problems have become increasingly serious. The traditional traffic management mode has been difficult to meet the needs of modern traffic management, and it is urgent to introduce new technology to improve the intelligent level of traffic management. Therefore, this paper deeply discusses the application of computer vision technology in the intelligent traffic monitoring system, and analyzes its important role in improving the efficiency and safety of traffic management. First, the basic theory of computer vision technology and the concept of an intelligent traffic monitoring system are outlined. Subsequently, the specific application of computer vision in intelligent traffic monitoring system, including vehicle detection and tracking, traffic event detection, pedestrian behavior analysis, is elaborated. At the same time, it also points out the problems existing in the current applications, such as accuracy and reliability, real-time and processing speed, environmental adaptability and stability, and data security and privacy protection challenges. To solve these problems, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures, including adopting efficient algorithm, optimizing data processing process, enhancing system redundancy and environmental adaptability, and strengthening data security and privacy protection. Finally, this paper summarizes the importance and prospect of computer vision technology in intelligent traffic monitoring system, which provides a reference for future research and application.
