摘 要
本文首先界定了家庭教育和幼儿园教育的基本概念,特点及目标,并分析了两者的互补性、支持性以及潜在的冲突与协调方式。进一步,本研究从理念一致性、信息沟通以及资源整合三个维度详细探讨了协同效应产生的条件,并具体分析了这种协同如何促进幼儿的认知、情感与社会性发展,增强家庭与幼儿园的信任与合作,从而提升教育的整体质量与效果。基于对协同效应机制的分析,本研究提出了几种实现家庭教育与幼儿园教育协同的对策,包括构建家庭与幼儿园的合作平台,设立定期互动与反馈机制,实施个性化家庭教育指导,以及组织共享教育资源与活动。这些对策不仅促进了教育的连贯性和一致性,还为家长和教师提供了实际操作的路径,以确保幼儿能够在家庭和幼儿园环境中都获得最佳的教育支持。通过建立和维护这种协同关系,可以更好地支持幼儿在认知、情感和社会技能等方面的成长,同时为他们的终身学习奠定坚实的基础。最终,本研究希望通过提出的理论框架和实践策略,激励更多的家庭和教育工作者认识到协同教育的重要性,共同创建一个支持幼儿全面和和谐发展的良好教育环境。

The synergistic effect of family education and kindergarten education
Abstract
This paper first defines the basic concepts, characteristics and ob jectives of family education and kindergarten education, and analyzes their complementarity, support and potential conflict and coordination. Further, this study discusses in detail the conditions for the generation of synergy effect from three dimensions of concept consistency, information communication and resource integration, and specifically analyzes how this synergy promotes children's cognitive, emotional and social development, enhances the trust and cooperation between families and kindergartens, and thus improves the overall quality and effect of education. Based on the analysis of the synergy mechanism, this study proposed several countermeasures to realize the synergy between family education and kindergarten education, including the construction of a cooperation platform between family and kindergarten, the establishment of regular interaction and feedback mechanism, the implementation of personalized family education guidance, and the organization of shared educational resources and activities. These responses not only promote coherence and consistency in education, but also provide practical pathways for parents and teachers to ensure that young children receive the best educational support in both the home and kindergarten Settings. By establishing and maintaining this synergistic relationship, young children can better support their growth in cognitive, emotional and social skills, while laying a solid foundation for lifelong learning. Finally, through the proposed theoretical fr amework and practical strategies, this study hopes to encourage more families and educators to recognize the importance of collaborative education and jointly create a good educational environment that supports the comprehensive and harmonious development of young children.
