摘 要
文章从环境、材料、工艺、设计等方面对化工装备的防腐蚀对策进行了详细的论述。本项目拟从材料的选取与优化、防腐设计与结构优化创新、监控与维修智能化与常态化、防腐管理与训练系统、防腐机制与新技术的开发与应用为主线,构建防腐策略优化的多维度路径。本项目以我国石化装备为研究对象,重点研究新型防腐蚀材料、表面处理技术、智能防腐蚀技术、绿色防腐蚀技术等对提高我国化工装备防腐蚀能力的作用。针对装备服役环境及服役工况,对材料的选用及优化,提出了基于材料组成、制备工艺等方面的改进措施。在防护设计及结构优化上,通过数值模拟与试验验证相结合的方法,对装备结构布置及防护涂层进行优化。

Abstract
In this paper, the anti-corrosion countermeasures of chemical equipment are discussed in detail from the aspects of environment, materials, technology and design. This project intends to build a multi-dimensional path of optimization of anti-corrosion strategy from the main lines of material selection and optimization, anti-corrosion design and structural optimization and innovation, intelligent and normalized monitoring and maintenance, anti-corrosion management and training system, anti-corrosion mechanism and development and application of new technologies. This project takes China's petrochemical equipment as the research ob ject, focusing on the role of new anti-corrosion materials, surface treatment technology, intelligent anti-corrosion technology, green anti-corrosion technology, etc., in improving the anti-corrosion ability of China's chemical equipment. According to the service environment and working condition of the equipment, the improvement measures based on material composition and preparation technology are put forward for material selection and optimization. In terms of protection design and structure optimization, the equipment structure layout and protective coating were optimized by combining numerical simulation with experimental verification.
