高管薪酬政策对企业绩效的影响分析
摘要:高管薪酬政策是企业管理层关注的重要议题。本文以高管薪酬政策的存在问题及其对企业绩效的影响机制为研究内容,结合国外高管薪酬制度经验,提出相应的策略建议。本文发现高管薪酬政策存在科学性与公正性缺乏、追逐短期利益、对企业治理的负面影响等问题。通过梳理高管薪酬政策的概念和类型,分析高管薪酬与企业绩效关系,提供国外高管薪酬制度对比和启示,并结合具体案例,阐述高管薪酬政策对企业绩效的影响机制,进而提出高管薪酬政策合适性与科学性分析、根据企业特点制定薪酬策略、高管薪酬与员工绩效的关系等三方面策略建议。

Abstract:The executive compensation policy is an important issue that enterprise management pays attention to. This paper takes the existing problems of executive compensation policies and their impact on enterprise performance as the research content, combines the experience of foreign executive compensation systems, and puts forward corresponding strategy suggestions. This paper finds that there are some problems in executive compensation policies, such as lack of scientificity and impartiality, pursuit of short-term interests, and negative impact on corporate governance. By sorting out the concepts and types of executive compensation policies, analyzing the relationship between executive compensation and enterprise performance, providing comparison and inspiration of foreign executive compensation systems, and combining with specific cases, expounding the mechanism of executive compensation policies' impact on enterprise performance. Then, it puts forward three strategic suggestions: the suitability and scientific analysis of executive compensation policy, the formulation of remuneration strategy according to the characteristics of enterprises, and the relationship between executive compensation and employee performance.
