摘 要
本文首先概述了服务企业的定义、特点及其规模扩张的主要模式，随后深入探讨了规模扩张对服务企业发展的重要性，包括增强市场竞争力、优化资源配置以及促进技术创新等方面。在此基础上，文章进一步揭示了服务企业规模扩张过程中存在的诸多问题，如部门设置冗余、管理层级过多导致决策效率低下、理念一致性调和难以达成以及管理难度随规模扩大而显著增加等。针对这些问题，本文提出了一系列具体对策：通过重新评估部门设置，确保组织架构的精简高效；简化管理层级，提高决策速度与执行力；明确企业价值观，增强内部凝聚力与理念一致性；以及提升管理能力，应对规模扩张带来的复杂挑战。这些对策旨在为服务企业规模扩张提供实践指导，帮助企业有效规避扩张过程中的风险，实现可持续发展。通过本研究，不仅丰富了服务企业规模扩张的理论体系，也为服务企业实际操作提供了有价值的参考，对于推动服务行业的健康、有序发展具有重要意义。

Abstract
This paper first gives an overview of the definition and characteristics of service enterprises and the main modes of scale expansion, and then explores the depth the importance of scale expansion for the development of service enterprises, including enhancing market competitiveness, optimizing resource allocation and promoting technological innovation. On this basis, the paper further reveals many problems existing in the process of scale expansion of service enterprises, such as department setting redundancy, low decision-making efficiency due to excessive management levels, difficult to achieve the consistency of concept, and the significant increase of management difficulty with the expansion of scale. In response to these problems, this paper proposes a series of specific countermeasures: to reevaluate the department setting, ensure the streamlined and efficient organizational structure; simplify the management level, improve the decision speed and execution; clarify the enterprise values, enhance internal cohesion and concept consistency; and improve the management ability to meet the complex challenges brought by scale expansion. These countermeasures aim to provide practical guidance for the scale expansion of service enterprises, help enterprises effectively avoid risks in the expansion process, and achieve sustainable development. Through this study, it not only enriches the theoretical system of the scale expansion of service enterprises, but also provides a valuable reference for the practical operation of service enterprises, which is of great significance for promoting the healthy and orderly development of the service industry.
