领导风格和员工工作满意度之间存在着密切的关系。不同领导风格对员工的工作满意度产生直接影响,并通过中介机制对其产生影响。员工的个人特征和组织文化也调节了领导风格对员工工作满意度的影响。为提高员工的工作满意度,建议领导者建立积极的沟通和反馈机制,提供挑战和发展机会,并营造正面的工作环境和文化。

There is a close relationship between leadership style and employee job satisfaction. Different leadership styles have a direct impact on employee job satisfaction and influence it through mediating mechanisms. The personal characteristics of employees and organizational culture also moderate the impact of leadership style on employee job satisfaction. To enhance employee job satisfaction, it is recommended for leaders to establish positive communication and feedback mechanisms, provide challenging and development opportunities, and create a positive work environment and culture.
