农业残膜污染的防治与资源化利用
摘要：本文研究了农业残膜污染的防治与资源化利用问题。首先，介绍了研究的背景和目的，概述了国内外的研究现状。接着，对农业残膜的使用与废弃情况进行了概述，并分析了农业残膜污染对环境和生态系统的潜在影响，以及农业残膜的材料和结构特性。随后，对农业残膜降解的理论和机制进行了分析。在第三部分，介绍了农业残膜资源化利用的技术和应用领域，并分析了相关案例。进一步，提出了农业残膜污染防治与资源化利用的理论框架和技术路径。接着，讨论了农业残膜污染防治所面临的挑战，包括政策和法律约束、农民参与和意识、经济可行性等。其次，提出了主要的策略和措施，包括残膜收集和回收技术、残膜降解与生物转化技术、残膜替代和环保种植模式。最后，给出了政策建议，包括强化法律法规和监管措施、加强宣传和教育、提供经济激励和技术支持。本研究对于农业残膜污染的防治和资源化利用具有重要的理论和实践意义。

Abstract:The prevention and control of agricultural residue film pollution and resource utilization were studied in this paper. Firstly, the background and purpose of the research are introduced, and the research status at home and abroad is summarized. Then, the use and waste of agricultural residue film were summarized, and the potential impact of agricultural residue film pollution on environment and ecosystem was analyzed, as well as the material and structural characteristics of agricultural residue film. Then, the theory and mechanism of agricultural residue film degradation were analyzed. In the third part, the paper introduces the technology and application field of agricultural residue film resource utilization, and analyzes the relevant cases. Further, the theoretical fr amework and technical path of agricultural residue film pollution control and resource utilization were proposed. Then, the challenges facing the prevention and control of agricultural residue film pollution are discussed, including policy and legal constraints, farmer participation and awareness, and economic feasibility. Secondly, the main strategies and measures were put forward, including collection and recycling technology of residual film, degradation and biotransformation technology of residual film, replacement of residual film and environmental protection planting mode. Finally, policy recommendations are given, including strengthening laws, regulations and supervision measures, strengthening publicity and education, providing economic incentives and technical support. This study has important theoretical and practical significance for the prevention and control of agricultural residue film pollution and resource utilization.
