小学艺术教育资源匮乏问题及优化建议
摘 要
本文旨在探讨小学艺术教育资源匮乏问题及其优化建议。首先，通过梳理国内外相关研究现状，明确研究背景和意义。接着，从教育公平理论、艺术教育理论和资源优化配置理论出发，构建本研究的理论基础。随后，从教育经费投入、师资力量、教学设施与资源以及社会认知与支持四个方面，深入剖析小学艺术教育资源匮乏的原因。针对这些问题，本文提出了加大教育经费投入、加强师资队伍建设、改善教学设施与资源以及提升社会认知与支持等优化对策。

Lack of art education resources in primary schools and its optimization suggestions
Abstract
This paper aims to explore the lack of art education resources in primary schools and its optimization suggestions. First of all, the background and significance of the research are clarified by sorting out the relevant research status at home and abroad. Then, the theoretical basis of this study is constructed from the theory of educational equity, the theory of art education and the theory of resource optimal allocation. Subsequently, the reasons for the lack of primary school art education resources are deeply analyzed from the four aspects of education funding investment, teachers, teaching facilities and resources, and social cognition and support. In view of these problems, this paper puts forward the optimization countermeasures of increasing the investment of education funds, strengthening the construction of teachers, improving teaching facilities and resources, and enhancing social cognition and support.
