Abstract

This paper aims to discuss the basic literacy of music education and its application and practical evaluation in different educational stages, especially for the in-depth analysis of college music appreciation class and primary school music appreciation class based on core literacy. First of all, in the basic literacy overview of music education, the importance of aesthetic concept, artistic ex pression and cultural understanding is emphasized, which constitute the indispensable cornerstone of music education. Subsequently, the development of music appreciation courses in colleges and universities should take aesthetic education as the center, pay attention to the practicality of teaching, and explore the realistic development of diversified music education philosophy, which is helpful to improve the music aesthetic and ex pression ability of college students. Further, the article focuses on the practical assessment of primary school music appreciation classes based on core literacy, analyzing the impact of the teacher-student relationship on the classroom atmosphere, and the multiple roles of teachers in teaching, including teachers, participants, and organizers. On this basis, the paper puts forward the teaching strategies of primary school music appreciation class from the perspective of core literacy, such as the diversified development of teaching resources, the theoretical enlightenment for the development of music teaching, teachers should establish the educational concept of "people-oriented", and the construction of innovative classrooms. The implementation of these strategies will not only help to improve students' musical literacy, but also promote the all-round development of music education, and lay a solid foundation for cultivating talents with innovative spirit and practical ability.
