摘 要
糖尿病是一种全球性流行病，对患者健康造成严重影响。本研究旨在探讨糖尿病患者护理中护理技术的应用及其对护理效果的影响。首先，通过分析糖尿病的病理生理特点和临床表现，强调了糖尿病患者护理的重要性。接着，阐述了现代护理技术在糖尿病患者管理中的作用，包括血糖监测技术、糖尿病教育技术、并发症预防技术以及智能穿戴设备技术的应用。这些技术的运用不仅有助于改善血糖控制效果、提升患者的自我管理能力，还能增强并发症的预防效果和降低医疗成本。最后，总结了护理技术在糖尿病患者护理中的重要性，并指出这些技术对患者护理效果的积极影响，从而为提高糖尿病患者的生活质量和健康状态提供了有力支持。

Abstract
Diabetes is a global epidemic that has a serious impact on the health of patients. The purpose of this study was to explore the application of nursing technology in the nursing of patients with diabetes and its influence on the nursing effect. Firstly, by analyzing the pathophysiological characteristics and clinical manifestations of diabetes, the importance of nursing for diabetic patients was emphasized. Then, the role of modern nursing technology in the management of diabetes patients is described, including blood glucose monitoring technology, diabetes education technology, complication prevention technology and the application of smart wearable device technology. The application of these technologies will not only help to improve blood glucose control, enhance patients' self-management ability, but also enhance the prevention of complications and reduce medical costs. Finally, the importance of nursing technology in the nursing of diabetic patients is summarized, and the positive impact of these technologies on the nursing effect of patients is pointed out, so as to provide strong support for improving the quality of life and health status of diabetic patients.
