摘 要
随着数字化浪潮，云计算服务对提升企业竞争力和敏捷性至关重要。但随着服务种类和应用场景的增加，评估和优化成本效益成为挑战。本文研究了云计算服务的成本效益和优化策略。首先，概述了费用构成，包括基础设施、平台、软件及服务等，并分析了影响成本的主要因素。通过成本效益分析方法，阐述了分析步骤，为企业决策提供依据。然后，通过行业应用案例分析，揭示了成本效益特点和潜在风险，提炼出经验与启示。案例展示了云计算的优势和忽视成本管理的后果。针对成本优化，提出了策略建议，包括选择云服务提供商时考虑经济性、服务质量、安全性和合规性；通过资源调度、自动化、按需付费模式、资源使用阈值和警报机制优化资源管理；利用成本控制工具和自动化技术，如云服务管理工具、自动化监控和调整系统、成本优化流程，提升成本效益。

Abstract
With the wave of digitalization, cloud computing services are essential to enhance the competitiveness and agility of enterprises. However, as the variety of services and application scenarios increase, evaluating and optimizing cost effectiveness becomes a challenge. This paper studies the cost-effectiveness and optimization strategies of cloud computing services. First, it Outlines the cost structure, including infrastructure, platform, software and services, and analyzes the main factors that affect the cost. Through the method of cost-benefit analysis, the analysis steps are expounded, which provides the basis for enterprise decision-making. Then, through the industry application case analysis, the cost-benefit characteristics and potential risks are revealed, and the experience and enlightenment are extracted. The case shows the benefits of cloud computing and the consequences of neglecting cost management. In order to optimize the cost, the paper puts forward some strategy suggestions, including considering economy, service quality, security and compliance when selecting cloud service provider; Optimize resource management through resource scheduling, automation, pay-as-you-go models, resource usage thresholds, and alert mechanisms; Increase cost efficiency with cost control tools and automation technologies such as cloud service management tools, automated monitoring and adjustment systems, and cost optimization processes.
