摘  要


在信息技术飞速发展的背景下,网络安全问题日益突出,特别是如何提高入侵检测系统(IDS)的性能成为研究热点。本文围绕遗传算法在入侵检测系统性能优化中的应用展开讨论。绪论部分介绍了研究背景和意义,指出随着网络攻击手段的多样化和复杂化,传统入侵检测方法已难以满足当前网络安全需求,强调利用遗传算法优化IDS性能的重要性。通过分析国内外研究现状,明确了研究的目的和方向。相关概念及理论基础部分详细阐述了入侵检测系统和遗传算法的基本原理,为后续研究提供了理论支持。在实际应用策略部分,本文深入探讨了遗传算法在入侵检测系统性能优化中的具体应用,包括参数选择、适应度函数构建、遗传操作设计以及终止条件与收敛性分析。未来研究方向部分提出了将遗传算法与其他优化算法相融合、针对大规模网络环境优化策略以及提升实时性和动态适应能力等建议。结论部分总结了研究成果,指出了研究的局限性和未来研究方向,为网络安全领域的研究者和实践者提供了参考。

Abstract


With the rapid development of information technology, network security issues have become increasingly prominent, especially how to improve the performance of intrusion detection systems (IDS) has become a research hotspot. This article discusses the application of genetic algorithms in optimizing the performance of intrusion detection systems. The introduction section introduces the research background and significance, pointing out that with the diversification and complexity of network attack methods, traditional intrusion detection methods are no longer able to meet current network security needs. It emphasizes the importance of using genetic algorithms to optimize IDS performance. By analyzing the current research status at home and abroad, the purpose and direction of the research have been clarified. The relevant concepts and theoretical foundations are elaborated in detail on the basic principles of intrusion detection systems and genetic algorithms, providing theoretical support for subsequent research. In the practical application strategy section, this article delves into the specific applications of genetic algorithms in optimizing the performance of intrusion detection systems, including parameter selection, fitness function construction, genetic operation design, and termination conditions and convergence analysis. Suggestions for future research directions include integrating genetic algorithms with other optimization algorithms, optimizing strategies for large-scale network environments, and improving real-time and dynamic adaptability. The conclusion section summarizes the research results, points out the limitations of the study and future research directions, and provides reference for researchers and practitioners in the field of network security.
