在数字化时代,网络安全问题日益突出,各种网络攻击手段不断演变,对安全防护技术提出了更高的要求。传统的安全防护措施往往依赖于单一的数据源和检测方法,难以应对复杂多变的网络威胁。因此,发展新的安全检测技术,特别是能够综合利用多种数据源和技术的方法,已成为网络安全领域亟待解决的问题。多模态信息融合技术,通过整合不同模态的数据,可以更全面地分析和识别安全威胁,显著提升网络安全检测的效率和准确性。本文首先介绍了研究的背景和意义,随后分析了国内外在多模态信息融合方面的研究现状,明确了研究的目的。文章深入探讨了多模态信息融合的理论基础和关键技术,包括多模态信息融合概述、网络安全检测基础以及相关算法与技术。在多模态信息融合框架设计方面,文章详细阐述了融合框架构建原则、数据源选择与采集以及数据预处理与特征提取。在多模态信息融合算法研究方面,文章重点研究了融合算法设计、实时性优化策略以及准确性与鲁棒性提升。最后,文章总结了研究成果,并指出了多模态信息融合在网络安全领域的应用前景。

Abstract


In the digital age, network security issues are becoming increasingly prominent, and various network attack methods are constantly evolving, which puts higher demands on security protection technology. Traditional security measures often rely on a single data source and detection method, making it difficult to deal with complex and ever-changing network threats. Therefore, developing new security detection technologies, especially methods that can comprehensively utilize multiple data sources and technologies, has become an urgent problem to be solved in the field of network security. Multimodal information fusion technology can comprehensively analyze and identify security threats by integrating data from different modalities, significantly improving the efficiency and accuracy of network security detection. This article first introduces the background and significance of the research, and then analyzes the current research status of multimodal information fusion at home and abroad, clarifying the purpose of the research. The article delves into the theoretical basis and key technologies of multimodal information fusion, including an overview of multimodal information fusion, the foundation of network security detection, and related algorithms and technologies. In terms of designing a multimodal information fusion fr amework, the article elaborates in detail on the principles of constructing the fusion fr amework, selecting and collecting data sources, as well as data preprocessing and feature extraction. In the research of multimodal information fusion algorithms, the article focuses on the design of fusion algorithms, real-time optimization strategies, and the improvement of accuracy and robustness. Finally, the article summarizes the research results and points out the application prospects of multimodal information fusion in the field of network security.
