Abstract

This paper designs and realizes a set of food safety traceability system based on information technology, aiming to improve the efficiency of food safety management and ensure the health of consumers. The background, significance and research status of food safety traceability are analyzed, and the necessity of system design is clarified. The system defines the concept of traceability and tracking, and expounds the database design principles. In the design part, the user requirements are analyzed, the system architecture is constructed, and the modules and interfaces are divided. The database design ensures the data management and query efficiency through the gradual refinement. RFID and blockchain technologies are selected to improve the accuracy and transparency of traceability. The system implementation stage, which describes the development environment construction, shows the details of data processing, storage and user interface design. In the process of system test and optimization, the test scheme was developed, and comprehensively verified and optimized. By integrating advanced technology, the system effectively improves the efficiency and reliability of food safety traceability, and provides strong support for food safety management.
