摘 要：教育竞争加剧导致小学高年级学生作业负担加重，影响其健康和发展。社会普遍关注小学生作业负担问题，认识到它可能降低学业成绩并影响心理健康。本研究旨在分析原因并探索减负对策，以促进学生健康成长和提高教育质量。研究发现，作业量大、形式单一、教学方法不当和评价机制不完善是主要原因。建议合理规划作业量、多样化作业形式、改进教学方法和完善评价机制来减轻负担。强调家长、学校和社会应共同创造健康和谐的学习环境。这项研究对促进学生身心发展和提高教育质量具有重要意义。

Analysis of the problem of excessive homework burden of senior primary school students and their countermeasures

Abstract：The intensified educational competition leads to the increased homework burden of senior primary school students, which affects their health and development. There is widespread concern about the homework burden among primary school students, recognizing that it may reduce academic performance and affect mental health. This study aims to analyze the reasons and explore the countermeasures to promote the healthy growth of students and improve the quality of education. The study found that the large amount of homework, single form, improper teaching methods and imperfect evaluation mechanism are the main reasons. It is suggested to reasonably plan the amount of homework, diversify the forms of homework, improve the teaching methods and improve the evaluation mechanism to reduce the burden. It emphasizes that parents, schools and society should work together to create a healthy and harmonious learning environment. This study has important implications for promoting students' physical and mental development and improving the quality of education.
