Secondly, it examines the factors that influence children's eating habits, including family environment, social culture, and individual characteristics. In terms of strategies for promoting healthy eating habits in preschool children, it proposes measures such as diet education in schools and kindergartens, family and community involvement in diet education, and the promotion of food diversity and balanced diets. Lastly, it provides insights and suggestions for promoting healthy eating habits in preschool children, including collaborative efforts in comprehensive diet education, the cultivation of diverse and balanced eating habits, and the creation of a positive eating environment and culture.
