摘 要
随着我国新农村建设的不断推进,农村生活污水的处理成为了环境保护与水资源利用的一个重要议题。农村地区由于经济发展水平、人口分布、生活习惯等因素与城市有显著差异,这导致了农村生活污水的处理不能简单照搬城市模式,需要专门研究和探讨适合农村特点的污水处理技术和管理方法。本研究旨在分析农村生活污水处理的现状,探讨处理技术的选择与评估,提出技术的优化策略,并讨论实施与管理的有效途径。研究发现,农村生活污水具有成分复杂、排放分散等特点,而现有处理技术如物理、化学、生物处理技术在适应性、稳定性、经济性等方面存在局限。通过技术选择原则的确立和技术评估方法的建立,可以系统地优化处理技术,提高处理效率和环保效能,同时实现成本控制。研究还指出,有效的技术实施与管理,包括规划、建设、运行维护和质量监控,是确保污水处理成效的关键。本研究为农村生活污水处理提供理论指导和实践参考,对改善农村水环境、促进可持续发展具有重要意义。

Abstract
With the continuous promotion of China's new rural construction, the treatment of rural domestic sewage has become an important issue in environmental protection and water resource utilization. Due to significant differences in economic development level, population distribution, living habits, and other factors between rural areas and cities, the treatment of rural domestic sewage cannot simply follow the urban model, and requires specialized research and exploration of sewage treatment technologies and management methods that are suitable for rural characteristics. This study aims to analyze the current situation of rural domestic sewage treatment, explore the selection and evaluation of treatment technologies, propose optimization strategies for technologies, and discuss effective ways of implementation and management. Research has found that rural domestic sewage has the characteristics of complex composition and dispersed discharge, while existing treatment technologies such as physical, chemical, and biological treatment have limitations in adaptability, stability, and economy. By establishing principles for technology selection and methods for technology evaluation, it is possible to systematically optimize processing technologies, improve processing efficiency and environmental effectiveness, while achieving cost control. The study also pointed out that effective technology implementation and management, including planning, construction, operation and maintenance, and quality monitoring, are key to ensuring the effectiveness of sewage treatment. This study provides theoretical guidance and practical reference for rural domestic sewage treatment, which is of great significance for improving rural water environment and promoting sustainable development.
