摘 要
本研究以幼儿园音乐教育对儿童情感情绪的调节作用为核心,全面探讨了音乐教育在幼儿情感发展中的重要作用及其实践应用。通过梳理音乐教育的理论基础,明确了音乐教育的目标与原则,以及其与儿童情感情绪之间的密切联系。在此基础上,本研究深入分析了音乐教学活动、音乐游戏、音乐欣赏等多种音乐教育形式在儿童情感情绪调节中的具体作用与实现路径。研究发现,精心设计并实施的音乐教育活动能够有效引导儿童表达与调节情感情绪,音乐游戏以其趣味性和互动性在促进儿童情感健康发展中展现出独特优势,而音乐欣赏则通过丰富的情感体验加深了儿童对情感情绪的理解与感知。然而,当前幼儿园音乐教育中仍存在内容单一、方法机械、资源匮乏及评价体系不完善等问题。针对这些问题,本研究提出了丰富音乐教育内容、创新音乐教育方法、加强资源配置及完善评价体系的改进对策,旨在优化幼儿园音乐教育实践,充分发挥其在儿童情感情绪调节中的积极作用,为儿童全面发展奠定坚实基础。

Study on the regulating effect of music education in kindergarten on children's emotions
Abstract
This study focuses on the regulating effect of kindergarten music education on children's emotions, and comprehensively discusses the important role of music education in children's emotional development and its practical application. By combing the theoretical basis of music education, the paper makes clear the goal and principle of music education and the close relationship between music education and children's emotions. On this basis, this study deeply analyzes the specific role and realization path of music education forms such as music teaching activities, music games and music appreciation in children's emotional regulation. It is found that well-designed and implemented music education activities can effectively guide children to express and regulate emotions, and music games show unique advantages in promoting children's healthy emotional development with their fun and interaction, while music appreciation deepens children's understanding and perception of emotions through rich emotional experience. However, there are still some problems in kindergarten music education, such as single content, mechanical method, lack of resources and imperfect evaluation system. In response to these problems, this study puts forward improvement countermeasures such as enriching music education content, innovating music education methods, strengthening resource allocation and improving evaluation system, aiming to optimize kindergarten music education practice, give full play to its positive role in children's emotional and emotional regulation, and lay a solid foundation for children's all-round development.
