中小型水库除险加固工程的关键技术及优化研究

摘 要


本文深入探讨了中小型水库除险加固工程的关键技术及其优化策略。中小型水库作为重要的水利基础设施,其安全稳定运行对保障人民生命财产安全、促进区域经济发展具有重要意义。然而,由于长期运行、自然环境影响及设计施工缺陷等原因,部分水库存在安全隐患,需进行除险加固处理。本文首先分析了中小型水库除险加固的必要性,包括结构安全、泄洪能力及生态环境等方面的挑战。接着,文章重点探讨了坝基加固处理技术、泄洪能力提升技术、生态环境修复技术等关键技术,并提出了相应的优化对策。在坝基加固方面,提出了基于全面评估和精确诊断的加固材料与技术选择策略;在泄洪能力提升方面,提出了优化泄洪设施结构、引入新型泄洪技术的措施;在生态环境修复方面,强调了植被恢复、水质改善及生物多样性保护的重要性。此外,本文还探讨了无人机与遥感技术在中小型水库除险加固工程中的应用,为工程监测与预警提供了新的技术手段。最后,文章通过总结与展望,提出了未来中小型水库除险加固工程的发展方向,旨在提高水库的安全性和运行效率,为水利事业的可持续发展贡献力量。

Abstract


This paper discusses the key technologies and optimization strategies of small and medium-sized reservoirs. As an important water conservancy infrastructure, the safe and stable operation of small and medium-sized reservoirs is of great significance to to protect the safety of people's lives and property and to the promotion of regional economic development. However, due to the long-term operation, natural environment impact and design and construction defects, some reservoirs have hidden safety risks, which need to be removed and strengthened. This paper first analyzes the necessity of strengthening small and medium-sized reservoirs, including the challenges of structural safety, flood discharge capacity and ecological environment. Then, the paper focuses on the key technologies of dam foundation reinforcement treatment technology, flood discharge capacity improvement technology, ecological environment restoration technology and so on, and puts forward the corresponding optimization countermeasures. In the aspect of dam foundation reinforcement, the strategy of reinforcement materials and technology selection based on comprehensive assessment and accurate diagnosis is proposed; in the aspect of flood discharge capacity improvement, the measures of optimizing flood discharge facility structure and introducing new flood discharge technology are proposed; and the importance of vegetation restoration, water quality improvement and biodiversity conservation are emphasized. In addition, this paper also discusses the application of uav and remote sensing technology in the reinforcement engineering of small and medium-sized reservoirs, which provides a new technical means for engineering monitoring and early warning. Finally, through the summary and prospect, the paper puts forward the development direction of the small and medium-sized reservoir reinforcement project in the future, aiming to improve the safety and operation efficiency of the reservoir, and contribute to the sustainable development of water conservancy industry.
