电力调度系统日益复杂化、负载快速增加、日常工作任务繁重、故障类型日趋复杂,对电力系统的维修与管理提出了严峻的要求。目前的行政模式不能满足如此多的需要。要实现对电力行业的高效、高效的经营,必须建立一套与电力市场相适应的综合应用体系。
文章对以 GIS为基础的电力市场营销 MIS的研制进行了全面的阐述。在此基础上,从需求分析,系统设计,等几个环节进行了较为详尽的论述。配网生产调度系统是以 GIS为基础,以先进的配网应用程序为依托的电力调度生产系统。针对该系统的实际情况,提出了基于 Oracle的 Oracle Device数据库,基于. NET平台,提供了大量框架和功能完善的软件。以此为依据,进行了系统的设计与开通,并最终完成了电力调度调度系统的研制。该体系在配电网络规划、设计、运行和控制等方面起着举足轻重的作用,从而推动了配电网络的建设和运行。该体系可有效地对配电企业的生产经营进行全面的监控,并对其进行优化,从而形成一个闭环的配送、制造经营。强化对各种作业的监管,提升配电网的精确度和工作的效能。使各部门的账务资料全部数字化,便于统计和查询。

Abstract
With the increasing complexity of power dispatching system, the rapid increase of load, the heavy daily work tasks and the increasingly complex fault types, the maintenance and management of power system has put forward severe requirements. The current administrative model cannot meet so many needs. In order to realize the efficient and efficient operation of the power industry, it is necessary to establish a comprehensive application system suitable for the power market.
This paper comprehensively expounds the development of power marketing MIS based on GIS. On this basis, a detailed discussion is made from demand analysis, system design and other aspects. The distribution network production dispatching system is a power dispatching production system based on GIS and relying on advanced distribution network applications.
